Our standard company policy is to provide quality residential maintenance service at the lowest cost possible for our clients.
As well as being a professional property company we are also a professional maintenance management firm specializing in the care of distinctive homes and apartment rentals in the Boise Metro area of the Treasure Valley Idaho.
We believe that a well-maintained property will rent faster and at a premium rent. To ensure our property owners' equity is maintained we provide the following maintenance services to our clients:

• 24/7 Emergency Service for our tenants.
• Only pre-selected, qualified vendors work on our properties.
• Supervision of property repairs ensures that the job is done right.
• We have negotiated competitive rates with our vendors to ensure owners are paying lower rates.
• Copies of invoices are available to owners on a monthly basis.
• Recorded inspections of all property move-out's and move-in's.
• We provide "Warranty Service" requests to builders on new properties.
• Monthly, quarterly and bi-annual preventive maintenance and interior inspections are available to
owners for a nominal fee.
